I so couldnt be a help desk person

Dads got me doing tech support for his students at CQU, trying to install a program called FAST, along with DOSBox to get it to work under XP.

most of the questions ive had have gone along the lines of

"I downloaded the fast setup file and ran it, and now when i double click the same file it tries to install it again! Why wont it run the actual program???"

ima turkey slap the next person that asks that
